Ingredients

tomatoes, cut into large chunks
you can use any type of tomato

cucumber, peeled and cut into half moons

small
red onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
⅓
cup
apple cider vinegar
red wine vinegar is also a good choice
¼
cup
olive oil
or oil of your choice

teaspoon
granulated garlic powder

teaspoon
basil
fresh is best but can also used dried
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion to a large bowl.
Add the vinegar and oil to the salad.
Add the garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
Stir to incorporate all ingredients evenly.
